NON-PERSONALISED PRINTS

We put a lot of effort into ensuring our prints are produced to a premium standard and delivered to you in perfect condition. We print your print exclusively for you.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@offshootstudio.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to discuss a refund.

Your print will be refunded providing that you have not used it; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that the print is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please use the original packaging.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please send the parcel via a signed for service and keep the receipt for proof of postage.

Any returned print that is received by us more than 28 days after the date you originally received it will not be accepted.

In the event of the print being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us on hello@offshootstudio.co.uk as soon as possible.
